Time to levey a war tax on the wealthiest, just in case they go to war. An Eisenhower tax of 91%. I

mean, last week it was war with North Korea, this week Syria, before that Iran - kind of GWB's "axis of evil", they are following the neo-con playbook, time for a tax, cuz you know they are itching to do it.

And YOU are gonna pay for it.

Do you really think that the wealthiest voted for him?

How about we put the burden were it belongs?

But under the war powers act the President can initiate military action as he sees appropriate.

At a certain point he must seek congressional approval.

In the meantime he has a half a trillion dollar overseas contingency fund to work with.

Put not even a single penny tax on stock transactions, got damnit!

...but raising top marginal income taxes to 91% sounds like a DAMN fine idea to me.
