12 year old accidentally shoots 14 year old brother and buries him

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
A mother's nightmare has become an even greater burden.

Police say 14-year-old Montee Ross was accidentally shot by his 12-year-old brother, who had two others bury the body behind a south Kansas City apartment complex.

The brother and another juvenile face charges in juvenile court. A Kansas City teen is accused of helping bury Montee's body.

Police found Montee's body on Wednesday morning when they saw a hand sticking up from a pile of dirt on a vacant lot. Officers had gone to the apartments in an attempt to locate Montee.
