It also likely has acid dispensers built in to spray libruls before they can enter the building! Attacks on visitors will be videotaped for Bush's enjoyment in his retirement.

Edit to add: Just checked a photo, and it looks like it might be there to allow light inside, if the ceiling is open. It might also have an observation deck up there.

IMO, no comparison to Bill Clinton's Library in Little Rock. It was really interesting and very modern in appearance. Bush's building looks like just another building, nothing special.
