But when people start shooting these things do tend to happen. Sometimes even when those people are very well trained and doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing.

His medical bills, work time lost, and reasonable pain and suffering should be paid either way simply as the right thing to do.

They can't take the bullet out of the victim's body yet. They'll need that to figure out where it came from.

Even so, it would likely be accidental and Tamerlan and his brother are still criminally liable, is likely.
