I went into the local Publix and they had the banner for it hanging in a prominent spot - right across their huge cigarette display. I complained to the manager, pointing out that tobacco is at least as addicting as many of the drugs the anti-drug campaign was aimed against.

The next time I went in the store the banner was not visible.
