Saying his relationship with former Vice President Dick Cheney is "cordial," former President George W. Bush admitted in an interview with C-SPAN set to air on Wednesday night that he doesn't see his former second in command too often.
You know its been cordial but he lives in Washington and we live in Dallas, Bush said, as quoted by Politico One of the saddest things about departing Washington is that you miss your pals and a lot of people were there for all eight years and I became good friends with them, like Vice President Cheney.
Bush continued, You know, I just I dont see him much. And I dont see many of the people I worked with much and its kind of sad. Its great to be in Texas, however.
In "The World According To Dick Cheney," a documentary that aired in March on Showtime, the man widely considered to be the most powerful vice president in history acknowledged that he was disappointed that Bush opted to not pardon Cheney's former aide Scooter Libby.

Well, he did get shot and dumped in the sea eventually. But Bush had NOTHING to do with that.
