Federal raid of Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam's Pilot Flying J offices yields contracts, emails, spreadsheets
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Federal agents retrieved records from file cabinets, cubicles, closets, even an employee's purse and a trash can in their search for evidence at Pilot Flying J's headquarters last week, according to an inventory of items seized.
The list (read the full text in the document viewer below; mobile readers can find it here) shows the surprise raid by FBI and IRS officers was focused on files, emails, spread sheets and other documents having to do with the company's program for rebates on fuel purchases by trucking companies.
A federal criminal investigation of Pilot Flying J centers on allegations that the nationwide chain of truck stops shorted what sales employees, in secretly recorded conversations, derided as "unsophisticated" customers.
The inventory of items taken from the company's Knoxville headquarters includes contracts and pricing agreements with customers, information on employee sales commissions and "rebate spreadsheets." One item is described as "emails re: not disclosing info to customer," and another item is tagged "Be careful."

It has the text of secretly recorded conversations with some of the Account Reps who bragged about what they were doing. The money they cheated their clients out of went to pad their (the Reps') own commissions and bonuses. Click the tab where it says "Text" and it's a lot easier to read than in the default "Document" tab.
Peace,
Ghost
