cant help but notice the difference between 2001/2002 and 2013

we had a terrorist attack on US soil...and we had poisons mailed to our nations leaders -
both years...

this time....we caught all the perps in a few days....
this time....we didnt spend trillions, didnt kill millions...
and the anthrax people were never found....

profound differences hmm?

Obviously, the scale means nothing for those injured and killed, and their loved ones. But at some point a difference in degree equals a difference in kind.
