I was thinking she had been killed...but she has serious brain injuries. Poor woman! Prayers and tears for her too.

And hope. Jane received love that day, when she needed it the most.

My heart goes out to their entire family, may we hold them close to us.

And in fact, were doing well.

Not to say she won't have horrific scars or traumatic memories. She will.

For example, the police officer who lost all his blood (were none of his co-workers trained in first aid?) not clear if he will have brain effects, etc.

Lawrence O'Donnell showed this link for anyone interested in donating to the Richard family.

He also showed this link to a general fund to help Boston victims who need it the most.

She is in one of the best hospitals in the country. They will take care of her. They will.

My thoughts and prayers are for Janey.

As for her mom. I have a personal connection to one of the hospitals in Boston. Not that long ago they saved a family member from an accident. A brain trauma. It took time, however they are relentless in their care and treatment. It will be a long road for them. However they can be healed.
