Canadian police arrest two connected to bomb plot targeting train between Toronto and New York

The Mounties arrested one individual in the Toronto area and another one in the Montreal area on Monday.
An RCMP official confirmed a report, first carried by Reuters, that the pair allegedly targeted a train between Toronto and New York. An announcement will be made Monday afternoon at a news conference in Toronto.
