FBI Found Clothing In Tsarnaev’s Dorm Resembling Footage Of Bomber At Marathon

PEMA LEVY 2:47 PM EDT, MONDAY APRIL 22, 2013

The FBI searched the dorm room of alleged Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Sunday at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth pursuant to a search warrant and retrieved a hat and sweater resembling what the second bomber wore at at the marathon on Monday, according to the affidavit of special agent Daniel R. Genck.

"The FBI seized from his room, among other things, a large pyrotechnic, a black jacket and a white hat of the same general appearance as those worn by Bomber Two at the Boston marathon on April 15, 2103, and BBs," the affidavit reads.

He didn't even throw away the clothes he wore during the attacks?

Definitely not Al-Qaeda operatives, but deadly nonetheless

That is what has made this whole "Muslim" thing hard to fathom. Al Qaeda et al condition their terrorists to take one for the team: no problems with faulty remote triggers, no one left to interrogate. These guys were your classic western-styled terrorists who value self-preservation.

Did they just think about carrying out the bombing and not about consequences?
Did they think they'd get killed?
Did they think they'd get away with it?

I would love to know what thoughts will go through the younger brother's mind after a year, or 5, or 10, or 50 of sitting in prison.

the younger brother probably knew about it. This may have given them the nerve to think that getting away with something is easy.

Also, if the FBI ID'd their clothes, it was going to be game over.

No one ever accused the Bomb Brothers of being perceptive planners.
