On the gun amendments, did anyone notice the level of dysfunction in the Senate?

Remember the overall bill passed cloture:

Vote Result: Cloture on the Motion to Proceed Agreed to

Measure Title: A bill to ensure that all individuals who should be prohibited from buying a firearm are listed in the national instant criminal background check system and require a background check for every firearm sale, and for other purposes.

YEAs 68
NAYs 31

Once it proceeded, every subsequent amendment in the bill also had to get 60 votes.

On edit, this is why filibuster reform is desperately needed.
