A question about Miranda. What would the be the effect of the alleged bomber asserting his Miranda

rights with out the warning? Does this bring everything to a halt until he has a lawyer present? Would sure like to hear what someone with a background in criminal law has to say.

Clearly, we have never been arrested. Odd there hasn't been an answer for this question, yet.
