Amend 2A to provide national health care resulting from guns. This could be

paid for by adding a fee to every gun purchase. This doesn't need to be part of the admendment but part of the implementation by Congress.

This would not be of any assistance to the current victims in Boston except the police officer wounded, It is still needed to prevent financial ruin along with medical wounds.

Urge your state reps to step up and start the process.

Don't most health care policies exclude acts of war?

the cost of gun violence should be paid by those perpretating it, those profiting from it, and any remaining costs borne by a wider group.

e.g. we all pay for the military.

9. It doesn't have to pass. One state can start the process and believe me

it will stir up a national dialog and let Congress know it's not the only game in town.

I know it will take 38 states ( unless they add states) even get it to Congress. But much of politics is based of possibility not the end product.

10. I think we should levy a punitive tax on alcohol and oversize sugary drinks and cheetos instead.

I occasionally have a cheeto or a drink but would gladly pay an extra health care tax for a national health care.

However, applying a punitive tax to the constitution is kind of,,,, weird. Like a punitive tax on the free speech of people you disagree with. It's almost unconstitutional.
