IETs will allow them to prove they're guilty without a doubt to the Jury.

We're not that Jury.

When the pics first came out on Thursday, I noted that the older brother's back pack didn't seem to be holding anything that would be the size or weight of a pressure cooker filled with metal, but perhaps the younger brother was. Then the pic on Friday shows the younger brother leaving after the bombing and he still has his backpack on. How many backpacks were they carrying?

worn that white hat on backwards.. really stands out.

David Green was another lucky one..

Green, 49, had finished Monday's marathon in 3 hours and 17 minutes, about an hour before the blasts.

After he recovered, he went back to Boylston Street, where the finish line is located, to watch the rest of the race with his friends. He realized his phone was dying, so he went into a nearby store with a recharging station.

About 15 minutes later, he was walking back to his friends when the first bomb went off.

thanks applegrove
