If the Libertarians ruled America the fertilizer factory explosion would be common place.

The Walled City Of Kowloon in Hong Kong consisted of 7 acres and at its peak had an estimated 50 Thousand inhabitants living in 300 interconnected high-rise buildings. It was basically self governed and the Police only entered reluctantly.

just watch the Family Guy episode titled "Tea Peter". I don't watch FG much anymore, but MacFarlane really nailed it on this episode.
