Younger bombing suspect tweeted that he wanted out

Heard on the news that younger suspect tweeted that he had been in this country for over ten years and wanted out. What did he mean by wanting out? Out of the country? Or out of something else?

You think the gun violence is bad here, it's worse there. I was thinking of Greece myself. It's warm. But now they are having economic upheavals I don't know.
