I could maybe accept it, although an example of pretty bad taste coming at this time. Republican humor just doesn't make it.

He represents the...36th Cong. District of Texas (wow, how many more House seats did TX get from the 2010 Census?). Unfortunately, with a Cook PVI of R+20 and inclusion of a lot of rural places far away from Houston, Stockman's district will essentially overlook such clownish behavior like inviting Ted Nugent (who made those "dead or in jail" comments about Obama's re-election) to the SOTU or making such stupid comments about the Boston bomber on twitter. Stockman won with 70 pct of the vote.
