Expect the Boston Red Sox to get a very warm reception at Fenway Park on Saturday for their afternoon game against the Kansas City Royals. Their scheduled Friday evening match was cancelled due to the manhunt for suspected marathon bomber Dzokhar Tsarnaev, which ended last night with his successful capture. Some of the players tweeted their support for the effort last night.
