Its funny in life how the best person for the job isn't usually the one with the loudest voice, but rather the one with a voice that's gone quiet, from many many hours of listening to others and researching the problems at hand. Its incumbent on the rest of us to make sure the quiet voices of this community gets heard, for the benefit of the world.
