Also, did you notice how the 2nd amendment suddenly became "the individual right to self defense"?

"My opponent is against 'the individual right to self defense'"!

When will pubbies learn that. Going into "as a staunch and unwavering supporter...." is bs. No one wants to hear that.

for not watching tv that night, or using birth control.

What a pathetic excuse for a human being. And unfortunately, he's already procreated.

And two ARMED officers were injured or kill. But the unarmed hijack victim was released safely.
And if I am not Mistaken There were a lot of heavily armed Trained officials. on the scene.

Why would a civilian wanna run out in that mess and play Rambo?

They don't see trained officers with guns hunting a suspect and being killed or injured

They see a vicious criminal with a gun, and the cops on the street in tights and ballerina tutus, dancing the nut cracker.
Quite exquisitely might I add.

But without a bunch of scared armed baffoons running around "helping" the cops. The capture just didn't happen.

I have a friend on Facebook. Everything he sees about a gun accident and the resulting anger, even when a child is involved, he sees as a threat to take his guns away. He never shows the least amount of concern about protecting kids. It's always about him and his guns. In fact, I found this on his page, where he was criticizing liberals for using the tragedy in Boston for political purposes - and those political purposes are to take his guns away.

understand his point. Does he think that citizens armed with AR15 rifles should be out patrolling the streets, rather than remaining safely in their homes while the authorities search for the missing suspect?

And furthermore, how does he know that all those Boston liberals are unarmed? I'd guess plenty of them have guns of some sort.

Again, what is he getting at - armed vigilante squads prowling the streets? Or having a metal penis to fondle while you wait in your home for the professionals to do their job?
