I know Boston folks are tough..

But the guy who saw blood drops leading to his boat, then picked up the tarp and looked inside, after being under shelter in place all day due to an armed terrorist on the loose? That's one TOUGH dude.

it was a woman. She saw the blood in her yard and on the ladder of the boat and called the police.

A resident went outside to smoke and noticed a tarp on the boat was flapping, a relative told NBC News. When he went to investigate, he saw what looked like a curled-up person and bloody clothes.

I don't think that it makes the guy tough either. But stupid and drunk?
