Beware of Lyndsey Grahams "Enemy Combatant comment... Remember Military Commissions Act of 2006
(LET ME STATE: I am not some nut case protecting this suspect involved with the Boston Bombings I believe he should see our CONSTITUTIONALLY created justice system in full action.)I bring this up because another DU thread mentioned Grahams insistence that this suspect be treated as a enemy combatant. I got a cold chill down my spine when I read this.
Anyone remember this? Anyone remember that it is still on the books as law in this country.

It just takes one time for this law to be used and yes I know this suspect--innocent until proven guilty by our Constitution--has done THE MOST horrible things BUT if we our a country of laws than we must not let this "suggestion" by Graham go any further.
