I think public pressure will force them to ask for the death penalty.
I am 100% against it. But many are not.

On Edit: Actually, I think life in prison with no parole would be a particularly worse hell to me than having it all ended by execution.

(10,952 posts)I admit that I am 100% against the death penalty because it makes society no better then the criminal. At 19 years old, which to you really think is the harsher punishment - death or decades in a maximum level federal prison?
