Though I'd have no problem if the threat of the DP were used as a bargaining chip to get him to talk--fully.

Anything less and there will be all the howling and crap about being soft on terror.

On Edit: Actually, I think life in prison with no parole would be a particularly worse hell to me than having it all ended by execution.

I admit that I am 100% against the death penalty because it makes society no better then the criminal. At 19 years old, which to you really think is the harsher punishment - death or decades in a maximum level federal prison?
