Does anyone have the Timeline yet?

Exactly what happened after the curfew was lifted and the moment they found the boat?

Something happened to turn this all around. Was it a tip?

a woman noticed blood on her boat in her backyard, that a door was open and she called 911. It was about a half hour after they lifted the shelter for safety.

Householder who owned boat had had yard searched earlier in the day. She noticed that a door was open and saw blood and called it in.

Reddit threads have turned into a transcript, so a timeline will be possible (after a heckuva lot of editing out general Reddit stuff...)

I find Incident Command absolutely fascinating so I've been listening to the scanner, but I had to be gone for a couple hours this afternoon and that happened while I was out.
