because every time an American is read Miranda rights, a little simpering weasel looses one of his already shriveled up balls.

A senior Justice Department official told ABC News that federal law enforcement officials are invoking the public safety exception to the Miranda rights, so that Tsarnaev will be questioned immediately without having Miranda rights issued to him.

The federal government's high value detainee interrogation group will be responsible for questioning him.

The Miranda exemption exists to protect the public safety from another attack, according to the official.

It was the federal prosecutor who was asked about that. This came directly from her at a news conference.

Seeing as though he was injured it is possible he was not in good enough condition to understand what was being said to him.

As long as they are awarded and secured to everyone arrested why read it to them?
We don't read them the bill of rights - but the bill of rights still apply.
We don't read them that they have a right to food and shelter - yet we provide it.

I know many can't recite Miranda but I think most people that can shower and dress, has or has had a job, went to school for any length of time, able to operate a car knows the basics of rights to legal council and self incrimination in case of arrest or incarceration as suspect of a crime.
