He was cleared and released. The dead brother was shot, then run over by his brother in the SUV as he was fleeing police. He was taken to Beth Israel Hospital, where he died. He was wired with explosives. Don't know if his brother ran over him, thinking he was dead, and was trying to explode the IED or it was an accident.


There was another man(in his 60's) who was also wearing some type of device and holding a deadman's switch, who was being detained, but don't know what happened to him. Also, don't know if he was a lone actor, a hostage of the suspect, or an accomplice of the suspect. Info about him was being transmitted over a police scanner, not MSM.

Another police officer was wounded and was in surgery. Don't know if he/she is still alive or not.
