So where did the name Mike Mulugeta come from?

West coaster here. When I finally went to bed last night, the dead guy was still being named as Mike Mulugeta. Just finding out about the Chechen guys. Who the hell is/was Mike Mulugeta?

when I was listening to the police scanner transmissions last night, one of the police officers said the name and spelled it. I think it was right after suspect #1 (black hat) went down.

Edited to add: As he spelled it, I jotted it down on my desk tablet in case the name came up again.

There was also the college kid who had been missing since March, but can't remember his name now.

Things sure changed fast.
