Joe Scarb: Do we need more surveillance cameras in cities across America?

Which might help catch suspects quicker in cases like this? Or should we continue relying on the cell phone images and videos captured by citizens?

downtown in Boston or New York. Those places are so studded with surveillance cameras that you can't walk more than 20 feet without being on at least two of them.
