But is identifying suspect as white male in his 60's...."with a device on him".
Suspect is cuffed and on ground, at gunpoint.
They are asking for ATF to come to scene, probably because they think their is a "device" on this guy.

god. i've been wondering if the suspect 1 and 2 were merely the bomb placers
and not the bomb makers or the planners. smiling white guy may just be
involved. who knows. good find though!
