Williams has been right all week and he's been patient. Very rare among the American population right now. Nice job.

He's been cautious, won't let speculation air as news, none of the Mika breathless-we're all gonna die type reporting.

Mika made a fool of herself this morning, with her hyperbolic coverage and her incessant emotional outburst. And her "Boston has been changed forever" remark was a insult to the brave people of Boston who have sent a clear message that, despite her fear mongering, they will not be cowed by terrorists.

Actual journalism, especially from Pete Williams. He refused to jump on board with anything that was not confirmed, and he made his org. more accurate for it. A job well done.

In an ironic twist, MSNBC was supposedly showing a cat video while the reddit thread was taking place.

ever interviewed on live TV. He was giving MSNBC blow by blow live info as he watched from his window. He even identified what he thought was another pressure cooker bomb in the hands of the brothers. Great live coverage and great care was taken to not give out false info.
