I just can't believe how things have developed. A huge metropolitan area completely at a standstill. Unbelievable!!! Hats off to law enforcement for their efforts.

are worried that the killers may have planted bombs arount the city.
There is still one guy out there looking to go down in a blaze of glory. By doing this, they are keeping potential targets off the streets.
