I am glad I was not the only one. She sounded like she was on the verge of panic all morning. And her constant characterization of the brave people of Boston as cowering in abject terror was insulting.

I was never so glad to hear Chuck Todd come on the air as I was this morning. MSNBC should be embarrassed that they left such an important story for the morning coffee klatch crew to handle.

I would say the general aggression and fear level in Boston has been raised. It's the main effect violence has and it probably can't be undone. It's not that it goes back to what it was before, it's just that you stop noticing the change.

Your will to "fight it" with aggressive metaphors shows the effect.

It was really rude for the reporter to hint at this during this crisis.

After a mass murderer relieved himself in Germany a few yrs back, there was an outcry over MSM's televising Citizen Kane pictures of the punk. I think that "practice" stopped.

We would have invaded Iran by now.(the next PNAC Pearl Harbor)

As long as Boston has Red Peters the city will be a beacon of liberty to me.

I have some friends who worked on the Big Dig, who would kick those punk's ass into orbit.

Change nothing about Boston, because we can't let the terrorists win in any city in America, most of all Boston, the cradle of the American dream.
