it's easy to put a change of clothes in a backpack. And it is even fairly easy at a race to change clothing publicly and not get much if any notice.

28. I think the profile shot of the guy with the white hat is a winner.

He is has lots of distinct facial features. My hunch is that he will be the first to be positively identified by the public.

Or its been tucked into a boot - another common trick to keep a pant leg from snagging.
