If the suspect is Muslim or foreign, expect a lot of xenophobia and broadbrushing of entire countries, cultures and/or religion.

24. Seeing those pictures of the suspects...or POI, I thought it was mentioned that

the 2nd suspect used a black nylon bag....it looked like the guy had a gray or dingy white backpack, unless it was the lining because it was bombed and only remnants remained.
