It's positioned in front of the Chamber of Commerce Bldg. To the left is Lothian Road and directly across that street is Usher Hall (symphony) and the Royal Lyceum Theatre (where I saw the play, "Mary, Queen of Scots, Got Her Head Cut Off". Just to the right is the Sheraton Hotel/Spa, and directly behind the photographer is a bank building with a lovely tapas wine bar. Great town if you ever have the chance to visit there.
