Christopher Dorner gun being auctioned in North Las Vegas for charity

A North Las Vegas pawn shop is getting a lot of response to its auction of a handgun once owned by alleged cop-killer Christopher Dorner.

As of Tuesday afternoon, bids on the 38-Special had topped $2,000.

A co-owner of Bargain Pawn said he bought it from Dorner for $50, just days before Dorner's killing spree began.

He was hoping to give the money to the families of the police officers Dorner killed but they aren't interested.

Now 100-percent of the auction proceeds will go to charity.

Would want to own this horrible tool of death?

Welcome to America. Where EVERYTHING's for sale.

If the pawn shop owner had a shred of dignity, he'd melt it down and scrap it.
