Boston STRONG! With the Boston Bruins!
Bruins fans sing national anthem during pregame ceremony
n their first home game since the tragic Boston Marathon bombings earlier this week, the Boston Bruins spent the first few minutes sharing a heartfelt moment with their home fans during a pre-game ceremony.
Before the ceremony began, NBC showed an image of a Martin Richard shirt draped over the Bobby Orr statue outside TD Garden, and the Bruins took the ice to the Dropkick Murphys' "For Boston."
The pregame began with a moment of silence, immediately followed by a chilling, yet uplifting video montage of scenes from Monday's events set to Phillip Phillips' song "Home."
