Wife of jailed TX Justice of Peace confesses to DA murders

Williams, 46, was arrested and charged with capital murder. She was booked into the Kaufman County Jail just before 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Kaufman County Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. Justin Williams said in a press conference today. She is being held on $10 million bail.
