Did a Senator receive a letter like President Obama received today?

Discovered Tuesday, the letters were addressed to President Barack Obama and to Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Mississippi.

I thought I saw something a couple of hours ago about something possibly being sent to Carl Levin's office, but I can't seem to find it now.
