(CNN) - The wife of former justice of the peace Eric Williams is being held on a capital murder charge in connection with the killings of a Kaufman County District Attorney, his wife, and a top prosecutor, the Dallas Morning News reported Wednesday.

CNN could not immediately confirm the report. The Kaufman County Sheriff's Department would not comment.

CNN affiliate WFAA also reported that Kim Williams was arrested and charged with capital murder. That report did not say what murder she is accused of.

The Kaufman County jail website lists a Kim Lene Williams, 46, as being booked at about 3 a.m. Wednesday. The listing does not say what she is charged with.

morbid curiosity, but I always want to see folks accused of such things. Does she look like a person in the crowd? Does she look angry? If I saw her on the street, could I even imagine she would do such a thing?

None of these questions are important. I'm just curious about anyone who might do such a cold hearted, evil thing.

(And I do realize that she's only been charged and is innocent until proven guilty.)

KAUFMAN –– Kim Lene Williams, the 46-year-old wife of disgraced former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace Eric Williams, was arrested and charged with capital murder in the shooting deaths of prosecutor Mark Hasse and DA Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthia.

An affidavit released by the sheriff's department Wednesday claims Mrs. Williams confessed that her husband was the person who pulled the trigger in all three shooting deaths.

Quoting from the affidavit: "Kim Williams described in detail her role along that of her husband, Eric Williams whom she reported to have shot to death Mark Hasse on January 31, 2013 and Michael and Cynthia McLelland on March 30, 2013."

The document alleges she told police details about the murders that were not made public.

tell if she's angry or just pitiful. I'm leaning toward pitiful.

to make it to a doctors appointment, then run a few errands.

I can't really tell either.... maybe guilt-ridden *and* pitiful?? She's pointing her finger to her husband as the trigger man, but she played some role, either during or after the fact. Maybe the guilt was eating her up from the inside out, or maybe she suddenly felt threatened by her husband for some reason? I don't know, I'm merely speculating here, but at least she came forward, and hopefully the families & loved ones of their victims can start to heal now because they have some sort of closure at the very least.

Peace,

Ghost

..... evidence all over the place. He was toast. Bottom line, like most idiots who resort to murder, he made many many mistakes that made it a piece of cake for investigators to find him.

Good, I hope they fry both of them and not 15 years from now, next year.
