Another Intercepted 'Ricin' Letter Sent to President Obama

_______________

tweeted by, Igor Bobic ?@igorbobic 17m

RT @ChadPergram: Fox confirms that in addition to Wicker letter, another intercepted letter was sent to President Obama.

Chad Pergram ?@ChadPergram (
Letters sent to Obama & Wicker contain similar language and are signed identically.

Chad Pergram ?@ChadPergram 4m
Both letters sent to Obama and Sen Roger Wicker (R-MS) were both postmarked from Memphis, TN on April 8, 2013.

____ An FBI bulletin obtained by Fox News also said a second letter was sent to Obama, and was intercepted. That letter is still being screened.

The bulletin said both letters included the phrase: "To see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance."

Both were signed, "I am KC and I approve this message."

for sending a lot of letters to congress critters, so if that's true, I'm surprised they haven't identified and arrested this person. I believe it was Senator McCaskill who said this.

The envelope had a Tennessee postmark and no return address.

The letter inside included an implied threat to effect of: "You haven’t listen to me before. Now you will, even if people have to die," Politico also reported.

Sources say officials are familiar with the person believed to have sent the letter as the person has sent other letters before.

and that a crushed bean will test positive for ricin, even if it
hasn't been processed to its deadly form.

I think that's part of why preliminary tests are considered
unreliable.

I was assuming the suspect just randomly opened the Congressional Directory and picked someone, until someone else pointed out the gun filibuster and Wicker having lunch with the President.

But it could just be an anti-pol crank.

It wouldn't surprise me if we find that all of them got similar letters.

I'm really getting the feeling this is all a Domestic Terrorist reaction to the potential for Gun Control legislation.

I wonder what the letters say?

The mindset of someone who would do something like this. Do they envision Obama getting out of bed in the morning, getting the newspaper off the porch of the White House, and getting the post out of the letterbox?

After 9/11 letters were sent that contained anthrax, now, after Boston letters are sent containing ricin. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
