Jack Hoffman, the 7-year-old brain cancer patient who received national attention for his starring role at the Nebraska football spring game, now has an Upper Deck trading card.

According to a post on its Facebook page, trading card company Upper Deck has now immortalized one of the most memorable Red-White game moments in a special player card that honors Hoffman as a “Star Rookie.”



“Jack is the type of inspirational athlete who absolutely deserves an Upper Deck rookie card,” said Chris Carlin, Upper Deck’s sports marketing manager, in the post.

Team Jack will be releasing details on how fans can bid on these signed promotional cards in the coming weeks.
