http://www.democraticunderground.com/1014456315Rep McCaul released more info tonight. Did he give out info that might hamper the investigation?
Why the freak is a House member basically overstep Dept Of Homeland Security?
And am I wrong but does it seem like a power play of some sort.

The time to tell secrets is after the investigation is over. He may (or may not) have compromised that investigation.

(3,121 posts)knowing a member of the opposite party is giving out info--maybe I'm too overwhelmed with politics lately but I just feel it is at least grandstanding and at worse basically giving the finger to the current administration just because it is the current administration. I don't remember Democrats doing this after 9/11. I remember the country putting aside politics for a brief time and supported the administration at the time. Shouldn't we expect the very least?

(30,151 posts)I'm just saying, if he said some shit he shouldn't have, has been given information by somebody with clearance he doesn't have, or is violating confidentiality agreements, it won't continue.
And we probably won't know one way or the other.
