Anyone seeing that crazy conspiracy

about the Sandy Hook Principal Dawn, that now apparently was seen at the Marathon?

Anyone have any info on this crazy notion? I'm seeing something about it on FB but I cannot for the life of me figure out what the fuck the conspiracy weirdos are talking about!

I saw a picture earlier today on Twitter regarding this. It looks like FOX showed a picture of her and claimed she was a "few blocks away" from the bomb. I don't know the full context under which they were showing her picture.
