She was very articulate on the subject - a Harvard Public Policy School Academic.

1. I think the bomb maker signature argument is overblown in this case.

The devices used are so commonly known that just about anyone could have made them.

around the world that it doesn't matter who recommends it's use. Al Queda affiliates have been providing instructions on how to build one for ages now as well.
