around the world that it doesn't matter who recommends it's use. Al Queda affiliates have been providing instructions on how to build one for ages now as well.

I can't remember exactly what she said, but I seem to remember "neo-Nazis" or other "right wing" (paraphrasing) groups. Did anyone else hear it?
