Report: Young Marathon bomb victim ID'd as Martin Richard

One of those killed was an 8-year-old-boy, who, according to the Associated Press, was waiting with his mother and sister for his father to finish the race. The Boston Globe has identified the child as Martin Richard of Dorchester.

"There are no words to describe how they are feeling ... we are feeling," said a neighbor who said the family was very close knit.

The boy's mother and sister were also seriously injured in the explosions.

His mother evidently suffered severe head trauma and his 6 year old sister had a leg blown off.

wife, a 9-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. So it hurts to see that. I will say I feel the same way when I see pictures of kids killed by drone strikes or by missed bombings. It sucks. It's all just wrong.
