Is anything LESS important that preserving the war budget?

We're out of Iraq. We're FINALLY getting out of Afghanistan(not that any good came from us staying). The Cold War is over and there's nothing out there that's likely to be the equivalent of it.

What possible justification can there be for putting cuts in spending for life BEFORE cuts in spending for death?

War is pretty much obsolete now as a way to make anything better, anyway.

Always more money for war. Never enough for our infrastructure or education or social safety nets.

We will spend ourselves into oblivion building better ways to kill each other.
