(side comment) Kudos to police, EMS and volunteer personnel on scene at the marathon bombings.

They, coupled with the excellent Mass General ER capabilities have probably saved more than one life and help treat critical injuries as soon as possible.

away from the area, allowing the medical personnel on the scene to do their jobs.

If there's anything good about this venue, it's that so many medical people were there, taking care of dehydrated runners.
