Total speculation, but if this is a bomb I would suspect terrorist right wing nuts using Boston

because of the Boston Tea Party revolt. Or, if it is gas or utility infrastructure this could be a turning point for passing funding.

Either way it needs to be watched closely as to how an investigation is handled. I am praying for the victims, the families and our country.
